Objectives of the Sindhuli Society Of America.


The purpose of this organization will be as detailed below:
1. To do charitable and educational works
2. To bring all Nepalis from Sindhuli District of Nepal residing in United States of
America as one family.
3. To build up networking as of their interests, professionalisms, expertises and needs
among non residents Nepali from Sindhuli District of Nepal.
4. To provide English and Nepali language assistance for parents and children as they
needed providing English and Nepali classes.
5. To support newly comers targeted community members to mitigate the challenges of
adaptation in new environment of United States of America organizing informative
interaction program, inter generational dialogues, talk show and relevant awareness
programs.
6. To empower community members organizing capacity building program coordinating
available financial and Human Resources from the government and non for profit
agencies/organizations of United States of America.
7. To promote Nepali cultural heritage preserving language, literature, costumes,
traditions,, music, dance, arts and rituals organizing various programs.
8. To conduct special programs for young generations mentoring them for better
education providing information about school, college, University, internships,
fellowships and job opportunities.
9. To build strong bonding among community members and provide contact information
publishing community diary, share port, cooperation and support.
10. To support community members providing information, policies and procedures to
start business entrepreneurship.
11. To provide opportunities for youth and young generations organizing extracurricular
activities, sports, arts, music, dance, literature, academic projects drilling their
innovative ideas and talents.
12. To connect people of Sindhuli origin residing in USA to people of Sindhuli District of
Nepal establishing cooperative mechanism among children, Women, adults and elderly
or in individual basis identifying common opportunities, challenges and solutions to
mitigate existing challenges.
13. To provide support in order to promote tourism in Sindhuli District of Nepal
organizing talk program/visit Sindhuli/demonstration of necessary photography, flyers,
exhibition or informative educational programs.
14. To help deprived community of Sindhuli District of Nepal organizing charity program,
health camp, trainings and supports with incentives. By-Laws of Sindhuli Society of America Inc
15. To support resident of Sindhuli District of Nepal in agricultural promotion, tourism,
environmental protection providing appropriate technologies and tools applying the
sustainable development approaches.
16. To provide humanitarian support for Sindhuli Resident during natural disasters such as
land slides, flood, earth quake, wild fire, droughts or storms.
9. Actions to be taken to fulfill the objectives of the organization:
9.1. Accept and operate the works that require approval as required.
9.2. To achieve the objectives of the organization and coordinate with the related people and
agencies to implement.
9.3. To purchase, construct, and lease land and buildings as required by the organization and
purchase phones, faxes, computers, printers, tables, chairs, and drawers.
9.4. To purchase vehicles according to the needs of the organization.
9.5. To appoint employees on contract as required by the organization and determine their
service facilities and conditions.
9.6. Entering into and canceling contracts with various individuals and organizations for the
benefit of organizations and members.
9.7. Mandatory decisions must be made by the working committee to do and not do the abovementioned actions.
